Armed with a journalism degree from the University of Montana, Hilary spent ten years as a broadcast news photographer, producer, reporter and anchor in Portland, OR, Missoula, MT, and Kalispell, MT. She went on to become PR Director at a pr/marketing/advertising agency in Portland, working with a number of top brands in the sports/outdoor industry.
Hilary and her husband started Montana-based Outside Media in the summer of 2008. Today she spends her time either in Outside Media's Columbia Falls, MT office, or traveling the world representing major recreational equipment companies.
Hilary is a former fly-fishing guide and whitewater river guide raised near Glacier National Park. She and her husband and daughters enjoy fishing, camping, skiing and gardening, as well as trips to Oregon for extreme berry picking, beach combing and happy hour. |
