Here are a few things going on in our beautiful town this month. Please pass this on to your friends.

May 12th: Noon: North Valley Community Center: Chamber of Commerce Monthly Luncheon; lunch catered by Cimarron - $10. Learn about the latest goings on in the business community, and get to know your business neighbors. Guest speaker: Representative Dee Brown.

May 14th: 5pm: After Hours Mixer at West Glacier Restaurant – 200 Going to the Sun Road. All are invited to come mingle, socialize, listen to some great music, have a great time. FREE. Call Ann at 888 5662 if you need more info.

May 15th: 6:30-9:30pm: Shops at Station Eight. Arts and Inspiration evening workshop held by artist Jane Latus Emmert. She will be doing a hands-on workshop with watercolors and cost is $45. Seating is limited, so please call Jane at 270-1238 to reserve a space!

May 16th: 8am-Noon: Our Savior’s Lutheran Church: Pie and Perennial Sale. All are welcome. Come buy some and take home some yummy homemade desserts, and a few great plants for your garden or landscaping. All proceeds will benefit the Flathead Habitat for Humanity.

May 20th: 5:30-7:30pm: Glacier Discovery Square: Native Plant Society workday. The new planting beds will be set up and early planting work done. Come learn a bit more about starting a new landscaping bed using native plants, and help out to develop the community square. All are welcome.

May 21: Noon – 1pm: Freedom Bank: Chamber of Commerce Brown Bag Luncheon. Rebecca Johns – Managing your Energy, Not Your Time: Work Life Balance. Free.

May 23: 3-6pm: Glacier Discovery Square: Fall Recreation Soccer sign ups. Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. www.cfyouthsoccer.org

June 5: 6pm: Montana Coffee Traders: First Friday Music and dinner.

 

June 15-19 9:30am-Noon: Glacier Discovery Square: Youth Music Camp: Carnival of the Animals – ages 4-6. Check out www.northvalleymusicschool.org for more info! Fun classes to introduce youth to music. Includes performance at the end of the week. SIGN UP NOW!

June 15-9 1-4pm: Glacier Discovery Square: Youth Music Camp:   Instrument Safari – ages 7-10; For the new music student to select an instrument, or the existing student to try a new instrument. Check out www.northvalleymusicschool.org for more info!

 

June 18th 5pm: Glacier Discovery Square – Farmer’s Market returns bigger and better than ever!!!

June 18th 8pm: Lions Club Summer Concert Series Begins: Brass Werks and Sax-o-Phun.
